Items for maintenance of FORWELL：

1.  The suppliers of our company carry out “the three include “policy strictly:

A: The customers have the right to send back if the product really armed with the troubles which can not repair within the first seven purchasing days.

B: The customers have the right to change if the product really armed with the troubles which can not repair within the first fifth purchasing days.

C: The customers can enjoy the maintenance free right if really belongs to quality troubles.

2.  When the products arise the fault within the maintenance periods, customers can take the maintenance card, invoice ,receipt and the product itself to the maintenance station (or dealer)of every city to repair. And the maintenance service is free (include the spare parts fee and checking fee),but we don't charge the installing fee, uninstalling fee and other irrelevant with the maintenance fee.

3.  We cannot provide the maintenance service when the troubles happened like the following states:

A: Wen the product arise the fault,but customers cannot provide the related maintenance card and invoice which made when purchase the product.

B:When the fault was made by the users,and not for the quality troubles.

C:The fault which caused by misused the users manual direction.

D: The fault which caused by the abnormal high voltage,overpowering force and the nature phenomena changes.

E: The memos on the maintenance card was not integrity or changed by others ,and the number of the products was deleted by others.

F: The product which was repair and reset at other station ,not at the assigned service center.

G:Our company don't accept the defective spare parts of the product maintenance and the change of the exhaustive product.

4.  We will charge the relevant fee of the send-back products, maintenance product which was defective spare parts,and attached parts.

5.  The maintenance card just provide the free service for those users who accord with the regulations and rules of this card.All the maintenance period of related with the after sales ,maintenance things can refer to the dealer or after sale service center.
